Namaste! I am happy to be part of this cyber-sangha. We are all connected, regardless of our beliefs. Our beliefs can and do change, since they are mind-stuff. Our bodies change too, constantly. So, we must relate to that which is unchanging within each one of us. Recognize that the grey hair is not who I am. Neither was the blonde curls and perfect skin of my youth!
