I have been on the quest for happiness and peace for a long time.  I am finally realizing it truly is the journey NOT the destination. I am the mom of 11yr old twin girls that blow my mind each and everyday.  Watching them become mini adults in this crazy world and maintain their beauty and confidence from with in is truly an inspiration!   Currently I am a hairstylist, but feel some major transitions heading my way.  I am about to start the Integrative Nutrition program and am VERY excited... who knows what the future holds for me! I am a sponge for all the inofrmation on health, exercise, yoga, meditation, eating well spirituality. I am LOVING this website!!
