Biography: Mary Montiel

I am glad I found this site. So nice to communicate with like minded people. I am dedicated to the path and not the destination. I try to meditate on a regular basis, stay positive and keep aware that I have created everything before me. Through trying times, I find that looking for the lesson and seeing the opportunity that is before me is very rewarding. My favorite saying is "There is never anything wrong with the truth" I hope to one day be able to just observe without the mind fricks that sometimes get in the way. And as the universe so often says Thoughts become things, choose the good ones. I catch myself often saying to myself, "I didn't mean to think that"
