Biography: Brigit Christopher

Hmmm....well.... I grew up in a home where both of my parents were a bit older than average--my mom had me when she was 34. My dad is a Hungarian immigrant who came to the States in '49, when he was just 11. His dad was born in 1898--so in a very real sense one of the people who raised me was, by English time frames, a late Victorian in his attitudes, which no doubt helped mine own anachronistic (out of this period) tendencies along somewhat. By the time I was 13 I was much more firmly footed in Victorian English ways than I was in modern American ones. My most recent models for how men and women should be at that time were from World War II. LOL Since then, I've regressed a few centuries in certain ways--my preferred English is about mid-Renaissance and I also love English from the late Medieval era as well. Can't think of anything else to write at this time. Much love to all of you. Love and peace, Brigit
