Biography: avalon 730

I own a marketing and branding agency. It's a lot of fun. But I could've just as easily opted to be a monk meditating in a cave and waiting for enlightenment. Did I make the right choice? Who knows. In the meantime, I enjoy lots of eclectic things like djembe drumming, the tarot, gardening, photography, nature and all things spiritual. My biggest passion is probably food. I see food as spiritual experience. I'm thinking about giving up the biz and going to chef school and then opening a funky restaurant based on the idea of healthy, fun, delicious food that respects the planet and creates community. Spending 4 months in Boulder playing with food (I mean going to school) can't be that bad, can it? That's my INTENT, anyway. I love intent.com. Such an amazing community of like-minded souls. Love the feeling of being supported, and even more that I can offer that support to others...each of us helping each other along on our journeys. It's truly inspiring to see such beautiful words of intent pouring across my screen. That in itself is a lovely meditation each morning!
