Biography: anissa pfannenstiel

:i am pulled in many directions with varied interests and a constant desire to learn. i have a tendency to trust easily, love many, am optimistic about most things, reject black and white view of things (i believe everything is grey), and am very, very open minded: :i am a therapist who is really more of a guide to self reflection and finding ways to make things happen in your life. although trained in western psychology, i reject the medical model of diagnosing and focusing on the problem...i use what works with clients to assist them in facing their fears, uncovering limiting beliefs, letting go of trauma, working towards integrating their fragmented spirit, raising their vibrational level, move beyond self-destructive habits and overall find solutions and possibilities for all that is desired. i would love to help everyone find their limitless place where all is possible to create. i use a combination of japanese psychology (rooted in buddhist concepts), hypnotherapy and some traditional approaches when necessary: :i appreciate individuals who are willing to share in an honest dialogue. agreement is not necessary, but an open mind and respect is essential. underlying all of our polarizing opinions are needs and wants that are basic in all of us, it is when the exchange can go beyond and beneath the surface that we can connect in a meaningful manner...one that unites instead of divides. whether politics, philosophy, history, current events, religion or spiritual topics...there is a real need to "listen" closely to our collective and individual stories and ideas to uncover the fears that behold us to our divisive ways. i respect you, more than you will ever know. i do. and i wish to be challenged in a way where you and i can grow and we can be the change that we wish to see. a new time is upon us, new ways are at hand. new ideals are to be formed, and it is up to all of us to be a part of the healing of our part in the universe. it matters:
