Directora de Yogare - Instituto de Yoga Educare in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico. I design yoga programs for children, adults and athletes...I teach a lot and enjoy travelling, reading and gardening...I am learning spanish and am in love with a wonderful man from Guadalajara. We share a home and have wonderful friends!...I lead monthly Alliance for a New Humanity Meetings and am mostly focused on "cultivating peace on the mat" one soul at a time... :-)
