It's so important for girls today to have a diverse range of role models so that they are made to feel like there is no limit to the options that are available to them. I think debates are a great tool but I think in the case of this topic an all-encompassing dialogue is better suited so that men and women can realize the societal benefits of a world full of empowered women. The reality is that the whole of society stands to gain from women who are educated, self-confident, etc and an inclusive dialogue is the way to go in my opinion.
