    • Docs sis: Comment Bob, Do what you feel is right. You will be missed! Wishing you lots of gushing love and light! Mary Just could not help myself. :)

    • heartphone: Comment Wish you the best of luck Bob! Just Google your intention and it will lead you to many... Here a few I found: http://www.kenwilber.com/blog/show/568 http://www.spiritual-politics.org/ But the best advice I can give you is the same as I gave Kay: start your own blog. Mieke

    • alisonlucy: Comment Slowwww website

    • alisonlucy: Comment Hey Bob - with a smile I wonder if you criticise yourself as much as you do everyone else. I guess you do. I feel pretty much the same as you about insipid gushings of nonsense, but it doesn't bother me so much. People can do their thing. I like to support the people that interest me and I like to think each about what I intend for the day. I've found your questioning blogs interesting to read. Good luck in your search and keep your bullshit detector switched on. AC

    • Docs sis: Comment Totally agree Bob. Easy way to donate in the USA: $10 @ a time is texting "HAITI" to 90999. It will be billed directly to your cell phone bill. It benefits the Red Cross. You can also text "Haiti" to 864833 and that goes to the United Way. These two options can be done repeatedly and you do not have to worry about the different scams that are starting to pop up. With over 200 million cell phone users in the USA if everyone just did the $10 to the Red Cross the amount would be overwhelming.

    • Docs sis: Comment Morning Bob. ;) Mary

    • runestone0: Comment Mary, Heels? You're killing me! Bob

    • Docs sis: Comment Bob, I promise to try to work them in as much as possible. So how do you feel about heels? Mary

    • runestone0: Comment Mary, I didn't mean that literally--please mention the ones with the seams up the back in every comment. At 52 one needs every possible dose of inspiration! Love on ya, Bob

    • Docs sis: Comment Bob, What little mercy I am I will share with you. I will not mention them again. LOL!!! Thank you for the smile and the blush my friend! Mary

    • runestone0: Comment Mary, If you have any mercy in your soul--please don't mention the ones with the seam up the back! Much better than a helmet--those horns will stick you in all the wrong places. Bob

    • Docs sis: Comment Well you did call that one right. Ummm..... I got nothing. Just fishnets and the ones with the seam up the back. Not to mention the helmet. ;) Mary

    • runestone0: Comment Mary, I've never been caught--but I do snoop in a lot of drawers! Regarding fishnets, I just had a feeling. Intuition cannot be overlooked! Bob

    • Docs sis: Comment Dear Lord! I believe I actually own fishnets..... Bob, how did you get access to that drawer? I guess balance is the key. Hopefully I my efforts to find it will be fruitful. Love that mind of yours! Mary

    • runestone0: Comment Mary, The dark side is definitely part of all of us--the yin and yang concept. But I think it's there for a reason--a survival mechanism. For some strange reason we are meant to survive. But I know what you mean; when I was younger I embraced my dark side a bit too much at tiimes. I guess balance is the key. Easy to say; hard to do. I guess that's why every culture on earth preaches it--in reaction to so much inbalance. A woman in a horned helmet--I may not be able to control myself! A Valkerie incarnate. Some fantasies are dark indeed! Oh--and fish-net stockings would be a plus! Bob

    • Docs sis: Comment Hey Bob, Oh I come out swinging & have embraced my darkside. It appears that I may have embraced it to much. Who knew! Have a fantastic time in Boston with your son!! I am going to go get my helmet with the horns out of the closet! ;) Mary

    • runestone0: Comment Mary, My comment got eaten! The gist: I see you are going through some painful realities. Shit happens. I've found that one has to call on the mean streak in all of us--put there by God, Universal Consciousness, or evolution. Who knows? Come out swinging. Of course my hero is Beowulf. Whose philosophy of life was somewhere between that of Spartacus and Attila the Hun!

    • Docs sis: Comment Bob, I love this intent though if I could sign up for the meadow and butterflies I would like the change. The butterflies I have run in to seem to be blood suckers and the meadow is laced with landmines. LOL!!! Thanks for your insight as always! Mary

    • mahabn: Comment LOL about the Secret - I took one look at that and thought ' hell no ' ... no ways .. I hope that I am not going to waste my money on this set of Haramein Dvds.. I cannot really afford it.. but what the hell . .time to take a risk or two..

    • mahabn: Comment hehe btw we have a Valhalla just north of here so I know where it is - they keep flying birds there ( airforce base ) Very weighty swans flying over Pretoria !

    • runestone0: Comment It appeals to me--an enlightenment sword. I'd like to cut through the Gordian knot of spirituality. Quick and easy. Then I could feed my ego and "be passing brave to be a king and ride in triumph through Persepolis.' But I guess it doesn't work that way. And I wasted all that money on "The Secret," both the book and DVD!

    • runestone0: Comment Sorry, Kay. Until I drop the rest of this weight naked is not a good look for me. Hasn't been really since I was 30. Odd about alchemy, both in the Western and Eastern traditions. The branches that actually tired to transmute lead to gold, or concoct potions of mercury and cinnabar for eternal life--which once ingested killed a couple of Chinese emperors. But as you indeed know the gold is a metaphor. In the Taoist exercises I practice it's to develop the eternal "elixir" for longevity--hopefully developing one's spiritual awareness as well. I know it's the same in Western esoteric tradtions. I see many tie-ins between Eastern and Western esoteric and spiritual practices. As for me, I want to get to Valhalla. Sounds like paradise: Splitting people's heads open with axes by day, then consuming vast quantities of mead at night. Some of those hot Valkeries lounging about in lingerie. And people think I'm not spiritual...

    • mahabn: Comment you can buy an enlightenment sword here http://www.enlightenmentswords.com/forge/d_heat_treat.html LOL - when you have finished cutting though life's obstacles will you post it to me :) ?

    • mahabn: Comment I understand.. but surely according to alchemy we are all supposed to end up as pure gold -which is rather soft isn't it ! .. But then vajra = adamantine - indestructibe diamond body .. lol I will show you mine if you show me yours hehe.. quick strip down to your pure nakedness and let us see if it is there or not !

    • runestone0: Comment Kay, I'm in a superlative mood--driving to Boston to spend some time with my younger son. So I thought I'd go "macho" and summon up an old kung fu saying. No doubt it will stick in the craw of those who believe life is a walk through a dewy meadow where butterflies light on one's wrists. Which it can be at times. Until the wheels come off--which they do for most of us to varying degrees. Then it's another matter entirely.

    • mahabn: Comment No you wanna go for the new look in laser technology !!
