mydomainpvt: dearest jas, fluttering of heart is taken as quite a serious symptoms as per cardiologists.. they say if we give it its due respect it may save us from stroke, heart attack.. i did what i felt was right, started to stay away from computer a little more, and it worked. you can go for some yogas which strengthen the heart, i personally practice a few yoga asanas but they dont have any relation with heart, as far as i know, they are mainly for spine.. the second threat for excessive computer users. you can simply google for yoga asanas which are good for heart, and then learn them (you will most probably get a video too if you search). just like you i too dont like alleopathic (though my father was a doctor) as for our more precious possession, our inner heart, that is our soul, i have personally tested it and have succeeded.. if we let it act through God then things fall in place magically. in easier words, when we want to share love if we give all our love to God it slowly, beautifully spreads to every one who comes in touch with us. If we are striving for peace, if we lay all our worries at God's feet and simply believe She is acting for our best, then again every thing becomes easy. I need more of a check up, but then, i just don't like alleopathic medicine much, and I have tried to find health care, but doctors refuse to treat, because I pay "out of pocket". mydomainpvt: dearest noreen, precisely.. i have this thing with my close people, and as a result we never even have an argument.. we give each other subtle hints that the other one is crossing limits and they instantly step back. i have the same rapport with my close friends too, when they hurt me i tell them to change the topic and later tell them that they have hurt me and they always apologise.. i too act the same way, the moment i see my friend is fidgeting i stop that topic and when i hurt a dear friend i always apologise. somewhere our childish ego stands in the way strong men/women dont discuss pain and hurt, they hit back when they are hurt :( but its better than settling scores in a vindictive way :) i love lyrics of a lot of kenny rogers songs, his voice is pure magic. i love the country songs specially. anne murray, willie nelson, don williams, glen campbell, emmylou harris, dolly parton... the list is never ending Wish you love, peace and happiness. I often think anger is really hurt, it's easier to get angry then say to someone "you hurt me", we think it makes us too vulnerable. And we think anger protects us, it doesn't, at least not long term. There are very few people who would turn away if we said "I feel hurt", if they do, well, it's nothing to do with us. Releasing our hurt helps dissolve the anger so others don't trigger it. Love, Noreen.
