Biography: Jim Walsh

Jim Walsh is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Intentional Chocolate. He has been CEO and Chairman of the Board of Hawaiian Vintage Chocolate since 1992, the first company to successfully grow and produce chocolate in the United States named by The New York Times as ...the best chocolate in the world.... He brings his extensive knowledge of food and science and his entrepreneurial success to the unique challenge of creating and delivering the world's first intention-enhanced product.  Considered one of the world's leading experts in chocolate, he is widely published and quoted in newspapers and journals. Walsh holds advisory positions on the boards at both the Center for Spirituality and Wellness at the Chicago Theological Seminary and the Center for Healthy Mind at the University of Wisconsin.
