Biography: Tim Deel

I am working on indigenous lands for sustainable & affordable homes as a low income housing developer, trying to provide more jobs, better homes and lives for the people. I enjoy like minded people with good intentions and a good social environment. I currently reside in the southwest and enjoy traveling, reading, learning, sports, the outdoors and living the simple life. Small town living at this point in my life has been wonderful for me, I have lived in the big cites for quite some time working in commercial finance. Today I work primarily with low income communities, mainly indigenous tribes in the southwest  building compressed earth block homes (high grade adobe) which are affordable and sustainable (green). I have connected with people around the country of like mind since living this simple small town lifestyle, which is not to say big cities are bad (my favorite is Santa Cruz CA), I just think spirit leads you to where you are needed the most. I believe in holistic community development that benefits the people in whatever community you reside in, I think wherever your from or live that you can directly impact your community in a positive manner with what you do best.
