My current story on finding my soul mate / big love. I am 41 and have always been single. I have not met a romantic partner for my soul mate / big love. Im not sure why. I have - in the past- tried. Romantic love - after all these years - seems unreal and seductive nearly valueless. I suppose soul mates must share some goals, values, and motives.
I remember one particular incident where I found my belongings in a bag on the doorstep entrance to my basement apartment. Belongings returned uncerimoniously by an x-boyfriend -that he couldnt see a future for himself- with a liberal and a non - christian (oye!). I called big brothers big sisters the next day- there has got to be someone who will benefit by me- as I am. I thought- at least to give rides to a sports practice or? Five years later, I have a most rewarding big sister hood. Once 9 years old, now shes 14- things have changed, we both stuck to it, - and I have definatly grown and defined myself and my values in ways I never would have had the opportunity do. I -seriously -have a young teen in my life. enough said.
Additional to that is my new addition-a 9 year old shepard bull terrier mix - from the pound. They asked- what kind of dog would you like? I said- "please give me an old dog. They are the best of all".
Big Love Soul Mate. Not sure of its meaning- I probably need to read the book. But I am sure of my next goal - to learn to ride a motorcycle and a surfboard.

Yes! And not only is having BIG LOVE a divine right, it is a divine joy. We don't have to "settle" for a relationship that is uninspired. I am grateful to the teachings of Tantra for providing me with a way of experiencing BIG LOVE every day.
Thanks, Arielle, for helping to encourage millions to be open to finding love.

You are the bomb, Arielle! I bought your book from you when you were at Tango this Spring and I am reading it for the third time while I "savor the waiting!" Thank you!
Debra

I LOVE your intent, Arielle! I have to tell you that for Mothers day this year I decided the one thing I really wanted to give my dear mom (who is almost 70 and has been separated from her husband/my father of over 40 years for about 2 years) was a date with a nice man. So...I signed up as myself on Match.com looking for a date for my dear mom. Well, not only did I find him, but mom says she thinks she may have met her soul mate! He is over 70...and feels the same way! How's that for big love and for trusting in the magic of the universe...hooray!!! I support your intent, Arielle!
