roe danse your personal muse:
hi kimi!
wonderful intent- and the only method that really effects true change and healing-
and feeling the pain requires grieving and crying to release many different repressed emotions-
and then there are three "lines" of pain to feel-
first line is grieving in the here and now with conscious pain- and is no more than opening a temporary pop-off valve to release pain like on a steam boiler-
the same feeling will deepen if you let it to second line- where we begin to connect our current tears with tears from the past- still conscious- but leading to and beginning to pass through you blind spot which is the wall between your conscious and unconscious-
and finally it will deepen to first line- or repressed childhood prototype feelings which were previously unfeelable- healing occurs when you feel on the first line- and this is when you connect your current tears with the original tears of your birth- baby and childhood-
this means that the pain of your childhood holds the key to your healing-
the best source for learning more on this subject is the originator of the process himself- arthur janov- i recommend his latest book- and work backwards from there-
i wish you the best of luck and lots of warm hugs- you're a brave person and deserve this healing-
love roe
