  keath59: Melissa, Too bad you don't live in Illinois. I support your intent. I find people in Illinois have become so involved with their own problems. They just have forgotten those who aren't able, to find a helping hand. In Urban Areas Africian-American Communities don't forget their roots. We find in Rural America absolutely "no one cares"! You can't find a single volunteer. Our family found ourselves unable to pay for roof repairs when FEMA declined our application. It all started in Jan. 2008 Watseka, Illinois was Hit by our worse flood in history. Our family was left out of any assistance. So it's nice to hear of your intent. More in the world is left to do.
