Biography: Natasha Head

Each and every day I look for an opportunity to evolve and grow. This life has blessed me with so many wonderful opportunities and just as many wonderful, vibrant, colorful people. My goal is to learn to see the lesson while it is happening, rather than in hindsight. I strive daily to maintain an even balance between yesterday and tomorrow, while maintaining my core in the now, afterall, what more do we really have? My one regret, if I were to say I have any, is that I have spent so much time dwelling on past mistakes and worrying about future ones, somehow confusing my misdirected actions with my "self" and the identity I at one time associated myself with. My biggest success is knowing I have overcome this, and I know I can help others do the same. Blessings to all! T
