Biography: Shirl McCreight

My husband and I have been married almost 27 years and have lived, laughed, loved and cried across this great country of ours as we've moved around for his job. We've lived in places like Goose Bay, Labrador, Newfoundland to Cold Lake, Alberta and places in between and what a ride it has been! Quite a ride for a girl who grew up in the same house, same small town, never really going outside of Ontario for the first 19 years of her life!! Now that I am enjoying some 'me' time after raising our three terrific sons (now full-grown), I am finally writing a novel (or three) and taking that writing course I promised myself years ago and look forward to travelling to many more places with my husband and best friend. Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales are on our horizon!!!
