Dr. Shweta GulatiHi Sathya , I actually noticed your question today only. But question u have asked is a bit complex iHi Sathya , I actually noticed your question today only. But question u have asked is a bit complex in human beings. If a light complexioned , tall guy marries a dark and average height girl , outcome cud be any combination. Both features dont always show up pure in expression, and then also granparents' height and color can equally exert influence on outcome. If predominantly parents and grandparents show up with more frequency of type of some character , it has more likelihood of showing up in baby...eg if both granparents (which wud be two couples )and then parents ..so .out of these 6 persons if 5 are average height and only dad is tall (u said mom is average height)..child is more likely to have an average-height but has possibility of being tall as well.
And girl child gets treated same as male child by genetics , so either of both can have either complexion.
so bottom line is its multifactorial inheritance , so anything is possible. See more
