Biography: Rich LeFurgy

I've always been a seeker, ever since high school. But that was before there was an explosion of personal development and spirituality books, and all the book stores had at the time were psychology books. So my seeking continued. I've been open to many mind/body/spirit approaches, and I've done LIfespring, Rolfing, rebirthing, trager, cranial-sacral, sweat lodges (great!), yoga, pilates, years of therapy (still continuing) and meditation. I meditate almost every day and follow Siddha Yoga Meditation, which is the foundation for my spiritual path today. Life is full of lessons, and I feel fortunate to be surrounded by friends and business partners that share my values, beliefs and outlook on life.
