Guests: Reverend Mark Thompson and Ken Robinson [2]
Deepak Chopra tells us about his newest book Reinventing the Body, Resurrecting the Soul [3]. He says that the physical body is conceived, constructed, governed and exists in the consciousness. We all experience the physical body, other people and the world in our consciousness. Physical organism is not a structure but a process in our consciousness. Our body is very dynamic because it is constantly and ever in exchange with all the elements and forces in the universe.
The physical body is not the same physical body you started off with, raw material comes into your body with every breathe you take. Even as you breathe out, you breathe out bits and pieces of every atom in your body. Technically speaking we are all intimately sharing our bodies with each other, we recycle the same stuff. Today is possible to prove mathematically, that right this moment - today in your body you have at least a million atoms that were once in the body of Christ or Moses or Genghis Khan or anyone you want to think about.
We are recycled Universe.
Deepak then talks to Rev. Mark Thompson about our new President and the current state of our economy.
Deepak and Ken Robinson talk about the war on terrorism and its doomed military solution [4].
