The path to wellness must include our service to humanity. I post a note on my wall to remind me, it says “My Service to Humanity Is…..” It changes frequently, sometimes twice a month. It is a good reminder for me, not to get too lost in my own world.

There are so many options to giving or helping others and it is always “stylish” to do it “secretively”.  Giving or helping without telling feels really good. If you have not tried it, I highly recommend it. You can implement this on strangers, family or friends. Keeping it a secret to yourself will bring a big smile on your face and a giggle in your heart. From little things like pulling weeds out of your Mom’s garden when she is not around to donating monthly to a cause you are passionate about.

It should be a conscious daily, weekly or monthly effort to give your service or secret service to humanity. It will come back ten fold in some way and or in the form of happiness.  Try leaving some cash or food near a person who needs it then go far enough away to be the observer when they find it. The sensation delivered is pure joy.

Here is a web site that can help you get started in an organized fashion if you need a start.

Renay, I have tried that last Sunday, and am going to continue with it as long as my limited conciousness is not veiled with clutter.
