What a wonderful intent. Surely when you start to meditate you will realize that you already knew how to do this, and there have been times in your life when you have felt this good, this alive... every time you gasped at a breathtaking scenery, every time you felt time stand still as you looked into the eyes of a lover, when you gazed at a stunning sunset or even worked out vigorously and your mind was thought free... every time you were fully present in the moment, breathing, living... you were meditating.
Meditating helps us be fully present, to savor each moment with awareness, and it is our most natural state. A common feeling I can describe while meditating is one of being home.
It would be my pleasure to share as much as my experience has taught me about meditation, if you wish to know.
