Linda, I was explaining this to my husband just last night over dinner. This idea was reinforced forLinda, I was explaining this to my husband just last night over dinner. This idea was reinforced for me lately, after reading Eckhart Tolle's books. Nothing like revisiting such a life-altering truth. I've been practicing by asking myself what I need "right now", and finding that living in the moment relieves one from the burdens we create.
