Biography: Michelle Rumney

I'm an artist and coach and I love what I do! Empower yourself - re-frame your thinking, re-align with your truly amazing self and re-connect with the joy of your own adventures in living... I live with my wonderful family - David, my partner and our children Hal and TheO - in southern Spain on the Costa Tropical between the mountains and the sea. We grow the best organic avocados I've ever tasted (I'm not biased!). I also spend quite a bit of my time in the UK, where I'm from originally.
