I offer encouragement, support and I Thank You Lahn, for inspiring this thought in me today, as well.

Different paths to arrive there so yes, Rouzanna, meditation would be an effective means.
I hear you, Stephen, about what happiness is. I join you in that search. I am not certain if I fully grasp what it is either but there are moments and glimpses I experience which could be described as such.
I like that quote a lot, Jim...and it's mutually sharing inspiration.
Trisha, as always, your presence is so comforting and enlightening.

Jacquemo .I have been trying to define happiness for my own reasons, not how to get it or where it comes from,I have been trying to define happiness for my own reasons, not how to get it or where it comes from, but what it is. I am really having a problem with this seemingly simple task. Maybe someone can add their insight. Happiness, or Bliss, exists at the core of existence itself and we must go there to truly experience it. But, I think that all life, as it is expressed in it's endless forms needs interaction. I think going to our core is always a good place to start.
Thank you, Lahn
