Here's the scoop: How can I make a informed decision if I do not have the facts? I'm not asking IF I should repair, I am asking the $ difference between the 2 options in my renewal. It is dreamy that a $24 BILLION company (2009) can't answer this. I was forwarded to a VP and he could not answer the question. This is fascinating! Julie, do you know the answer?
