Biography: Lonnie Farr

I am a peacemaker, author, artist, professional speaker, mother, grandmother and teacher, whose life mantra is, "I am the pebble that starts the ripple." My first book came out two weeks ago after 8 years of work. It is a very different cookbook that you don't have to cook from if you don't want to. hahaha As I was doing the research for the book I discovered we are UNITED BY VIRTUE OF OUR TASTE BUDS! What an extraordinary revelation.
