• eugene .  in my mind, there is no question: if it's war, it has nothing to do with Spirit. God is Love. period in my mind, there is no question: if it's war, it has nothing to do with Spirit. God is Love. period. yes. those kind of people become deceived by the practicioners of war, who will "speak a million truths to hide one great lie." btw, there are no trolls here. the few who occasionally appear, very quickly disappear because they find no fertile ground here to sow their seeds.  See more
  
• Jasmina   I was visiting with an old high-school chum, when she mentioned she was "called by God" to go to I I was visiting with an old high-school chum, when she mentioned she was "called by God" to go to Israel. I was looking around her FB site(she is Christian, not Jewish BTW), and I saw this term mentioned. Apparently she is going with some large group of Christians to "support Israel in their spiritual warfare against their enemies". My Dad's family(ie me)are Jewish, escaped the Holocaust, and I find this concept very upsetting, as I am getting the gist that this is a way that Israel has been garnering support for more harm to Palestinian people. I want to find an intelligent way to speak to my friend(I have not visited with her for years), but I am feeling this is one of those "armageddon" mindsets that is so entrenched in evangelist circles. I am trying to let go of the subject, but for some reason related to the fact of the demise of my family in the Holocaust, I find it repugnant that this is going on, and want to speak out against it. Any one who has direct experience with this stuff, please comment. This is in the interest of peace. I think these folks are seriously misled. Thank you, Jas  See more
