I am a member of a website in my own country (The Netherlands) that is called "Schaduwschrijvers", in English that would be Shadow Writers. They allow young (and old for that matter :)) writers and poets to upload their work in the form of an e-book and offer it for download, either for free or if they want to as a hard copy to sell. You are allowed to download e-books for free too or if you want to buy a hard copy you can do so. It really is a beautiful concept of sharing!
