I find it helps to deal with it in smaller pockets of time. I will take 10 minutes here and there in my day and really tackle a bit each time. Makes it seem less arduous, and I find by labelling it "10 minutes of power de-cluttering" it makes it a fun task. I also, play really good music as I'm doing it, and I reward myself afterwards by doing something I WANT to do. Best of luck dear! :)See more

It's daunting to approach the task thinking you'll clear the clutter all in one big attempt. What if you try to break it down and work only for 15 or 10 or even just 5 minutes intervals? Then reward yourself for taking the small break and accomplishing something. I'm not sure what kind of clutter you are dealing with but maybe you can evaluate it. If you haven't used it or referred it in months, decide whether you need it or not. If you don't need it, throw it away. If you do need it but haven't used it in a while, start a pile for filing and file it away after you've cleared the clutter. I hope this helps a bit. Good luck, I know it can be tough but I know you can do it!See more
