Bring out the best in yourself and others
We come from all walks of life in this community. All of us want to feel comfortable, and have a good time sharing our intentions and dreams. Please remember the innate goodness in everyone, especially when you disagree. Having the intention to bring out the best in others goes a long way!
Be yourself, and meet wonderful people
We are growing at a fast rate, which means there are many new and amazing people joining daily. Please help us welcome them to Intent as if they are entering a foreign place that is home to you. And be yourself! Intent is a wonderful crowd of people who are here to support you in moving towards your dreams and intentions.
Be Supportive
New members will really appreciate a helping hand. Please help to look out for each other.
Remember, we're all human here
Please remember you are talking to other human beings. Sometimes we tend to forget that while on the Internet. If you come across content which you disagree with, or experience a strong emotional response- please step back and take a deep breath. In most cases users feel this way because they do not fully understand what they are reading, or where the person it is coming from. Please try to add to the harmony of the site by focusing on those who you DO resonate with. No need to get along with everyone, but there is a need to focus on members who you do resonate with.

Don't be creepy
Please don't be 'that guy'. In other words, please leave pictures of genitalia, frontal nudity, and intimate moments at home. Inappropriate or unwanted advances are also not ok. Members have the right to report such content, in which case your profile will be immediately removed.
Don't be a hater
We're believers in free speech, and don't mind if your view is unpopular. But we don't permit hate speech (speech which attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity).
Don't use Intent in other ways which are abusive or improper
We love our little sanctuary on the web, and put a lot of time and effort into making this a user friendly web site where members can connect with other users, share intentions and dreams, and gather information they are looking for without a hassle.
