Biography: Kim Ellis

In my 40's, I'm finally living authentically. After years of being stressed & living the dreams of others, I'm finally working towards my dreams. Its been quite an adventure so far! And I'm still figuring it all out.

All our lives we've heard the phrase, "the grass is greener on the other side of the fence."  Isn't a well-lived life the "Greener Grass" that people are looking for?   I've been thinking for the past few years that the best way to get someone to live healthier & with more peace is to show them what that life looks like.   So, I'm trying to create a life that looks & feels: fun, healthy, free, peaceful, full of friends & love.   Don't expect perfection though! I avoid perfection at all costs! (besides...I just can't manage perfection for more than about 30 seconds!!). ggwellness.blogspot.com
