• Gayle Rose  Dear Deb, I have been away for an extended weekend meditation retreat and came across your intent as Dear Deb, I have been away for an extended weekend meditation retreat and came across your intent as I caught up a bit today on my emails, etc. I had just recently watched the movie about James Gregory, Nelson Mandela's guard while he was in prison entitled "Goodbye Bafana". Such an inspiring story of how this guard's consciousness changed to one of thinking that blacks were a "sub species" to making a complete turn around in his belief system. He became a very close friend to Nelson Mandela through the over 20 years of their relationship and their story touched me deeply.
