Biography: Donna Jester

I have been a traveler my whole life and a student of the truth wherever I find it. My love Wayne and I have landed for a time in a small town in VA to be near 2 quite elderly aunts. We lived in Tucson AZ prior to this, and had a wonderful period of traveling in SE Asia before coming here. Life and truth are always now, in being deeply present to the moment. Looking back, my path has been a prayer wheel of many traditions and many seasons: turning through Christianity, abstract painting, kundalini yoga, Sikhism, meditation, a wonderful healer named Karmu in Cambridge MA, Gurdjieff and Fourth Way teachings, Sufism, chanting, sacred dance, building spiritual intentional community, Bahai prayers, Hinduism, Buddhism, energy healing through Johrei, massage, crystals, Native American purifications and sweatlodges, shamanistic understandings, seeking and finding a common chord of light and love with the essence of all things being a reflection of the Source. I am also visual artist, which has been expressed in drawing, painting, ceramics and silver smithing, though my creativity lately is being expressed in cooking dishes from India.
