Someone once said to me, "I don't have to do be productive." She was looking for large chunks of unscheduled time in order to "get things done."

I disagreed with her. Our lives are filled with little bits of time where we can make progress on tasks. It's just a matter of being aware of those moments when they come and being prepared to use them.

Here are 5 ways to use 5 minutes of time:

For those people who don't know me well, I seem super-productive and hyper-organized. There is a lot of truth to that, but I am not always "on". For me, productivity and organization give me feedom.

What it all boils down to is that I apply productivity and organizational concepts to my life so that I may get through the things I must do to get to the things I want to do. Here are some examples of what productivity and organization get me:
