How To Avoid Genetic Diseases: It's time to take responsibility for your health!

"It's time to take responsibility for your health!"

This is the message that the world needs to hear. Being healthy is simply taking responsibility for your own actions, and now in this audio-book and workbook you can find out exactly how you can take responsibility and avoid genetic diseases once and for all!

This audio-book from Holistic Lifestyle Coach Brett Sanders, focuses on the growing prevalence of genetic diseases in our modern society, and the devastating effects that stress can have on us. Brett talks about the five basic types of stressors that can affect us on a daily basis and gives practical suggestions that you can put into your every day life. His approach is centred around eliminating stress, rather than just relieving it for it to one day return.

More people than ever before are suffering from so-called genetic diseases, despite all of our advances in medical history. Yes, our modern life expectancy is slowly increasing, but how many are walking around as early as their thirties from doctor to doctor, and surgeon to surgeon hoping for a cure from their ailments?

Too many!

This concise recording is manageable for all knowledge levels, whether it is an update for your existing expertise and reminding you of the basics of health and wellness, or if you are just beginning your journey into the field of wellbeing. Brett discusses the five main types of stress: Nutritional, Physical, Mental, Electromagnetic, and Chemical.

These stressors encompass every stress that we come across in the human body, however the body doesn't look at them all individually, they all summate.

Now you can find out how you can eliminate them forever!

The result: a life of happiness, fulfilment, health, wellness, fitness and abundance. But what must you lose first before you do the work to make your life as healthy as possible and avoid genetic diseases?

Yes, it is understandable that modern life doesn't always lend itself to healthy living, but there is always a healthier option:

  • Avoid the junk food,
  • Drink more water,
  • Exercise more,

We say we know all of these things, but we rarely do them.

Now is the time to actually use what you know for the better!

The programme comes with a downloadable manual, which shows you how to prioritise certain action points into your lifestyle, and for additional help includes a comprehensive list of references and educational resources.

How to avoid genetic diseases is an audio-book designed to empower you, and help you - not one to make you feel guilty about your choices! It’s a realistic, insightful, and thorough exploration of the current state of the population at large and their health, combined with both state of the art and old wisdom designed to improve health and wellbeing.
