Hi Mallika, These are growing pains. It already prepares you to be able to let go. Slowly but surely this happens and before you know it they are grown-ups, able to settle themselves on their own :) That's life, enjoy! Mieke

mallika, although i am a working mother, i was blessed to be able to be there with my angel girl the first few weeks as we all (mommy, daddy and ashley) transitioned to her going to the "big school" as she decribes it. needless to say, a dear friend of mine was there to help me dry my eyes. i now am aware of where the gray hairs we get come from. have a wonderful school year!
