• Bridget Soul♨flame  Jeannie, in a bit of 'synchroNICEity', as Eugene likes to say, I've also been thinking about how our Jeannie, in a bit of 'synchroNICEity', as Eugene likes to say, I've also been thinking about how our culture promotes egoic competition, compelling us to always put points on the board, win at the expense of others, or say what people want to hear, just to be 'popular'. And yes, 'less is more'...I made an intent today about 'being real', just to remind myself, when my ego comes yipping and yowling through the door, that stillness is the path to the authentic self of soulful simplicity, joy and liberation. And, maybe we need the contrast of having played the ego's game for awhile to understand it doesn't lead to fulfillment. Thank you also for saying this better than I could have. :)  See more
